NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2018, and entered in Case No. 53-2017-CA-002353 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC DBS Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Jane M. Johnson, deceased, Deborah Lee Gaulin, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Jane M. Johnson, deceased, Leah Nicole Crenshaw, Shavon L. Buck, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, William David Crenshaw, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 23rd day of August, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
