NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-001759 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, Plaintiff and William Harry Knight III a/k/a William H. Knight III a/k/a William H. Knight are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on August 16, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
FAMILY UNIT 52 OF LELY VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED OCTOBER 29, 1969 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 333, PAGE(S) 290 THROUGH 345 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ALL OF ITS APPURTENANCES AND ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
