NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 13, 2018 in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on August 16, 2018, the following real property, situated in Collier County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale. This notice will be published in The Business Observer.
