SILVER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM C. SILVER; SHIRLEY E. SILVER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN
POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES INC.; KLAUS DOUPE PA F/K/A ASBELL, HO, KLAUS, GOETZ & DOUPE', P.A.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURTS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; ALLY FINANCIAL INC. F/K/A GMAC INC.; are defendants. the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 16 day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 93, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 70, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
