Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 14, 2017, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the office of Paula S. O`Neil - AES, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NUMBER “C”, BUILDING NUMBER 28, AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TAHITIAN GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, DATED APRIL 18, 1966, AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 326, PAGES 509-627, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 23, 2018 beginning at 11:00 AM.
