NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017CA002062CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein New Penn Financial LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing is the Plaintiff and Zamarina Pastor; Unknown Spouse of Zamarina Pastor; Michelle Byall; Unknown Spouse of Michelle Byall; Covina Key Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 16th day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 4, MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 14 UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 101, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
