NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2018, and entered in 2017 CA 005714 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and VITO LENOCI, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE RICHARD M. CARLIN REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 17, 1978; VITO LENOCI; ; SCOTT PALMER CARLIN, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD M. CARLIN (DECEASED); SCOTT PALMER CARLIN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on August 27, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
