Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2018, entered in Civil Case No. 2018 CA 000054 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein MARCELLA DALE NELSON, is the Plaintiff, and ROBIN J. LILES, SUNTRUST BANK, PINE MEADOW ASSOCIATION, INC., and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
“Lot 23, PINE MEADOW, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 17 and 17A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.”
at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 10th day of August, 2018. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
