Lot 20, Block 4, Unit 1, of that certain subdivision known as PINE MANOR, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 9, Page 134, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Tracy Kramer, the Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is Lakin & Lakin, P.C., 6151 Lake Osprey Drive, Suite 300, Sarasota, Florida 34240, on or before August 27, 2018, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
