Hofbeck a/k/a Thomas Joseph Hofbeck, deceased, File 18-CP-001725, by the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division; the address of which is Clerk of the Circuit Court, Lee County, Probate Division, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, FL 33901, that the decedent's date of death was January 30, 2018, that the total value of the estate is $35,992.16 (including Florida Homestead Exempt property) and that the name and address of those to whom it has been assigned by such order is:
