NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 17-CA-001723 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST,, Plaintiff, and MELODY WILLIAMSON; DAWN DORADOR; DAVID WYATT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELODY WILLIAMSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAWN DORADOR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID WYATT; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS AND LIENORS OF VIRGINIA A. WYATT, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY AND THROUGH, UNDER, AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT(S); THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1, IF LIVING, AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 17 day of August, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 65 AND 66, BLOCK 3013, OF CAPE CORAL, UNIT 43, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE(S) 48-57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
