NOTICE IS GIVEN that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit and County Courts of Lee County, Florida, will on the 20 day of August, 2018, beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder of cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida:
LOT 13 AND 14, IN BLOCK 5426, CAPE CORAL UNIT 90, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 12-29, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 18th day of April, 2018 in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
