BELLMAN; ANTHONY LAKERS; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC; FORT MYERS SHORES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on August 20, 2018 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 92, UNIT 6, FORT MYERS SHORES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 76, THROUGH 79 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
