NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2018, entered in Case No. 15-CA-051011 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Joseph N. Ghent, deceased; Veronica C. Whittaker as heir of the estate of Joseph N. Ghent, deceased; Esther L. Ghent, as heir of the estate of Joseph N. Ghent, deceased; Waveney W. Naraine AKA Waveney Winifred Naraine, as heir of the estate of Joseph N. Ghent, deceased; Lydia Ghent, as heir of the estate of Joseph N. Ghent, deceased; Yvonne E. Mitchell, as an heir of the estate of Joseph N. Ghent, deceased; The Unknown Heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Gloria Ghent AKA Gloria P. Ghent, deceased; Reginald E. Clarke AKA Reginald Clarke, as an heir of the estate of Gloria Ghent AKA Gloria P. Ghent, deceased ; Rupert A. Ghent, deceased; The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Joseph Ghent and Gloria Ghent Revocable Living Trust, Dated the 30th Day of August, 2002; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individuals defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties mauy claim an interest as spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Laurelwood Homeowners' Association, Inc.; The Unknown Successor Trustee of the Joseph Ghent and Gloria Ghent Revocable Living Trust, Dated the 30th Day of August, 2002; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the August 23, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 2, LAURELWOOD, SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 59-62 PUBLIC RECORDS, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
