Ghent, deceased; Veronica C. Whittaker as heir of the estate of Joseph N. Ghent, deceased; Esther L. Ghent, as heir of the estate of Joseph N. Ghent, deceased; Waveney W. Naraine AKA Waveney Winifred Naraine, as heir of the estate of Joseph N. Ghent, deceased; Lydia Ghent, as heir of the estate of Joseph N. Ghent, deceased; Yvonne E. Mitchell, as an heir of the estate of Joseph N. Ghent, deceased; The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Joseph Ghent and Gloria Ghent Revocable Living Trust, Dated the 30th Day of August, 2002; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individuals defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties mauy claim an interest as spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Laurelwood Homeowners' Association, Inc.; The Unknown Successor Trustee of the Joseph Ghent and Gloria Ghent Revocable Living Trust, Dated the 30th Day of August, 2002; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the August 23, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 2, LAURELWOOD, SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 59-62 PUBLIC RECORDS, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
