NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 05, 2018, and entered in 16-007818-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-12 MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-12 is the Plaintiff and AUDUBON CONDOMINIUM AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MATTHEW T. KOSSOVE; MELISSA R. BROWN A/K/A MELISSA ROSE KOSSOVE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 14, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
