YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, SCOTSDALE VILLA CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 1728, as shown on condominium plat of SCOTSDALE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, II, PHASE III, a Condominium, filed in Condominium Plat Book 66, Pages 52-61, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed in O.R. Book 5461, Pages 1383-1448, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof, and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any and all amendments to said condominium plat or Declaration of Condominium. With the following street address: 1113 Montrose Place, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 8-27-18, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
