Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 17-9989-CO-041, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NUMBER 569 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF NEW ATLANTIS CLUB CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5109, PAGES 390 THROUGH 469, INCLUSIVE, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 1 THROUGH 13, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on August 24, 2018. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
