GEREG A/K/A DAVID ANDREW GEREG; JANICE M. GEREG A/K/A JANICE MARIE GEREG A/K/A JANICE MARIE MASTANDREA; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID A. GEREG A/K/A DAVID ANDREW GEREG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH O. VEDRODE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUTH L. KLEIN are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 30, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
