NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2018, and entered in 16-007200-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FINANCE OF AMERICA REVERSE LLC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY,
THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, KEITH E. NICE, DECEASED; STANLEY NICE; NEW HAVEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING THROUGH SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 30, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
