NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 8th day of May, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2012CA000194, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC., is the Plaintiff and THERESA WILKERSON A/K/A THERESA COLSTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THERESA WILKERSON A/K/A THERESA COLSTON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A BEVERLY WASHINGTON; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANGELINA M. COLONNESO as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 15th day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 16, EAST TERRA CEIA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
