NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017CA005419AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Fredric E. Link a/k/a Fred E. Link a/k/a Frederic E. Link, Deceased; Nancy J. Modrich f/k/a Nancy J. Wimmer f/k/a Nancy Wimmer; The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Judith A. Quinn a/k/a Judith Quinn, Deceased; Main Street Asset Solutions, Inc.; Waterlefe Master Property Owners' Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 26th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 9, WATERLEFE GOLF & RIVER CLUB, UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 162 THROUGH 168, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
