NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017CA001937AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Branch Banking and Trust Company is the Plaintiff and Francisco M. Cepeda a/k/a Francisco Cepeda; Lucy Cepeda f/k/a Lucy M. Garcia are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 19th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 156, MANATEE PALMS, UNIT FOUR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 153 THROUGH 154, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
