Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 16, 2018, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
LOT 253 AND 254 OF SOUTH LAKE WALES UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 124 HARRISON STREET, LAKE WALES, FL 33859; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on JUNE 20, 2018 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
