Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2018, in Case No. 2017-CC-004258 of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, in which BEACON PARK PHASE 3 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MARK ADRIAN WIGGINS and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION N/K/A TAJANITA RAINEY are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on August 1, 2018, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 2, LAKE TRACY ESTATES, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 155, pages 28 through 31, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
