NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2018, and entered in Case No. 36-2017-CA-003068 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Alma Louise Haine, Pelican Landing Community Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Klause Dceony, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 22 day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
