NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 14, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-005183 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and OFELIA SALCIDO A/K/A OFILIA SALCIDO A/K/A OFILIA RAMOS SALCIDO A/K/A OFILIA CARRENO SALCIDO A/K/A OFILA SALCIDO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 39 feet 5 inches of Lot 23 and the West 1 foot of Lot 24 in Block 9 of WEST TAMPA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4 on page 100, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
