Glenda Cook, River Manor Homeowners Association, Inc., The Bank of New York Mellon F/K/A The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWHEQ, Inc. Home Equity Loan Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-S10, Bonafide Properties, LLC and Unknown Tenant #1, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 27th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 25, Block L of RIVERVIEW MANOR SUBDIVISION, according to the Map or Plat thereof in Plat Book 87, Page 68 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
