NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 25, 2018, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-002649, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. KATCO CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT, INC., is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST BERENA CARBALLO, DECEASED, ANA MARIA GALLEGOS, EUFEMIO GALLEGOS, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 25th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 6027 CRESTRIDGE ROAD, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33614: LOT 24, CRESTRIDGE SUBDIVISION, THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
