YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to void deeds purporting to transfer interests in the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 702, THE FLORENCIA, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 1923, page 546, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 123, pages 1 - 12, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Wm. Fletcher Belcher, Esquire, Law Office of Wm. Fletcher Belcher, the Plaintiffs' attorneys, whose address is 540 Fourth Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, on or before June 29th, 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the amended complaint or petition.
