YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a forfeiture action on the following property: TWELVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-SIX DOLLARS ($12,446.00) U.S. CURRENCY, has been filed in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on NICOLE E. DURKIN, Petitioner's attorney, whose address is Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, 10750 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL 33778, on or before 6/29/18, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, default will be entered for forfeiture of the property.
