NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 9-1, of CHATEAU BELLEAIR CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3897, Page(s) 64, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with is undivided share in the common elements. With the following street address: 2205 Belleair Road, #A9, Clearwater, Florida, 33764.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 13, 2018.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
