NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2018 and entered in Case No.: 18-1347-CI of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and SETH JONES, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 3936 8TH AVE. S FLORIDA LAND TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 19, 2011 AND THE CLERK OF THE COURT FOR THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on June 19, 2018 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 26, Block 1, DEARMINS SUB NO. 4, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 95, of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
