NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2018 and entered in Case No.: 17-3802-CI of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and MARTHA M. CHUNG, DEBRA DEL RIO, NOVELLE FINANCIAL SERVICES AND SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on October 25, 2018 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
PARCEL 1: Lot 21, PLAN OF ROBERT THOMAS SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 35, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part. Together with
PARCEL 2: A portion of land lying between PLAN OF ROBERT THOMAS SUBDIVISION and MATHIS' SUBDIVISION, more particularly described as follows: From a point of beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 21, PLAN OF ROBERT THOMAS SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 35, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, run South along the West line of said Lot 21, a distance of 50.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 21, thence run North 89°53'0” West along the South line of Lot 21, PLAN OF ROBERT THOMAS SUBDIVISION, as extended a distance of 3.85 feet to a point of intersection with the East line of Lot 14, MATHIS' SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 30, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence run North 0°22'0” West along the East line of said MATHIS' SUBDIVISION, a distance of 60.00 feet to a point of intersection with the North line of Lot 21, PLAN OF ROBERT THOMAS SUBDIVISION, extended; thence run South 89°53'0” East along the extended North line of Lot 21, PLAN OF ROBERT THOMAS SUBDIVISION, a distance of 4.17 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
