NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2018, and entered in Case No. 15-1853-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CAPITAL VENTURES
INTERNATIONAL, LLC is the Plaintiff and JAMES WHITFIELD a/k/a JAMES E. WHITFIELD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES WHITFIELD N/K/A JANET WHITFIELD; SUN TRUST BANK, N.A.; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG; and ANY UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 24th day of July, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, LESS SOUTH 7½ FEET, BLOCK 8, CLEAR VISTA, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
