NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2018, and entered in 17-006166-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR CIM TRUST 2015-3AG MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2015-3AG is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOEL R. TITARA A/K/A JOEL TITARA, DECEASED; KELSEY LEIGH TITARA ; CHRISTINA ROSE A/K/A CHRISTINA TITARA; JAMESTOWN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CACH, LLC; ATLANTIC CREDIT & FINANCE SPECIAL FINANCE UNIT III, LLC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 19, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 8580C, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF JAMESTOWN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 115 THROUGH 123, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4847, PAGE 1, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITION AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
