NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-007566-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Jerry L. Smith; Christine Smith; Curlew Landings South Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, CURLEW LANDINGS SOUTH, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAGE 86, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
