NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2018, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-021999-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is the Plaintiff and Shakila Mohamed; Unknown Spouse of Shakila Mohamed; Maudehelen Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 27th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 163, OF MAUDEHELEN SUBDIVISION PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGES 83-86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
