NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2018, and entered in CASE NO: 2017-CA-003760-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF SW REMIC TRUST 2015-1, is the Plaintiff and RICARDO BUSTAMANTE; OTMARA BUSTAMANTE; MARLENE BUSTAMANTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARLENE BUSTAMANTE; JORGE ALVAREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JORGE ALVAREZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.
