NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8th 2018, and entered in Case No. 41-2015-CA-005277 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and BPTR LLC, as Trustee under the 5023 23rd Land Trust dated January 28, 2014, Unknown Party # 2 N/K/A Pamala Frazzino, Judith E. Turner, Michael J. Turner, The Hammock Place Subdivision Homeowners' Association, Inc., The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 5023 23rd Land Trust dated January 28, 2014, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Dominic Frazzoni, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 6th day of July, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
