NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2018, entered in Case No. 2016CA003927000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2002-AM3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2002-AM3 is the Plaintiff and Ray A. Turner; Patricia L. Turner; Polk County, Florida are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 27th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17 OF GROVE PARK SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
