NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Reformation of Mortgage dated May 24, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2017CA003079000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CHASE FUNDING MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-1 is Plaintiff and STEVEN A. KELLEY, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, STACY BUTTERFIELD shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Polk County's On Line Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 24, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in POLK County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Reformation of Mortgage, to-wit:
