Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2018, in Case No. 2018CC-000286, of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, in which ASHWOOD WEST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and NICHOLAS A. DIYORIO and RHEA N. DIYORIO are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on July 5, 2018, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 28, Ashwood West, according to the map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 134, Pages 6, 7, and 8, Public Records of Polk County, Florida with street address of: 5046 Yellowtop Loop, Lakeland, Florida 33811.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
