NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 23, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA000283000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and RICHARD E. HYDER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 165 feet of the following described property: Beginning at the NE corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 31, Township 26 South, Range 25 East Polk County, Florida, running thence South 528.66 feet; thence West to East boundary line of right-of-way of State Road 82, project no. 1036; thence Northeasterly along said East Boundary line of said road to the North boundary line of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 31, thence East to the POINT OF BEGINNING; Less the South 24 feet and the North 118 feet thereof. Together with 1986 Pines Trailer MFG with VIN#'s P28091351214A and P28091351214B and RP#'s R0327140 and R327139.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
