NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA003795000000, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida. HOME POINT FINANCIAL CORPORATION, is Plaintiff and DENISE COULTER, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2ND day of JULY, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, LAKE GIBSON HILLS PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
