NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-000583-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which MTGLQ Investors, L.P., is the Plaintiff and Anthony Florio, Ana Maria Florio aka Ana Maria Fajardo, The Preserve at The Shores At Berkshire Lakes Condominium Association, Inc., The Shores at Berkshire Lakes Master Homeowners Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 28 day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 3004, PHASE 30, THE PRESERVE AT THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2594, PAGE 1409, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
