NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 29, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-002161 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28 day of June 2018 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
FAMILY LIVING UNIT 16, LELY PINES F/K/A THE HAMLET, UNIT 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 424, PAGE 665, ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS AMENDED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
