NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 29, 2018, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Third Floor Lobby area of the Collier County Courthouse Annex 3315 Tamiami Trail E., in Naples, Collier County, Florida, 34112 at 11:00 AM on June 28, 2018, the following described property:
Lot 135 Liberty Landing according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 47 at page 71 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
