NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA003445CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and PAUL E. CIOFFI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAUL E. CIOFFI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; BALLANTRAE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC
SALE AT: WWW.PASCO. REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 25 day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 84, BLOCK 1, BALLANTRAE VILLAGE 6, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
