NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 24, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017CA000060CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-KS5 is the Plaintiff and Phillip A. Thompson; Yvonne Thompson; Embassy Park Townhomes Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 26th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 17, BUILDING C, EMBASSY PARK TOWNHOMES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6149, PAGE 988, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ALL FUTURE AMENDMENTS AND/OR SUPPLEMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
