Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 17 day of May, 2018, and entered in case No. 18-CC-001213 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein TIDEWATER ISLAND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and SEAN M. BLEDSOE, CYNTHIA L. BLEDSOE and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM
at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of June, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 30, Block C, TIDEWATER ISLAND, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Pages 73 through 78, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. More commonly known as 6081 Tidewater Island Circle, Fort Myers, Florida. Parcel ID 13-46-24-07-0000C.0300
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
